We are compliant with both the Australian Privacy Act and the European GDPR to ensure we follow global best-practice in handling personal information.
Summary of our Terms of Service
The Aplas Terms of Service sets out the legal basis for how Aplas is licensed to our customers, and used by our customers' people. The Terms of Service sets out Aplas' responsibilities in respect of delivering Aplas reliably and protecting our customer's confidential information. The Terms of Service creates an individual agreement between Aplas and each customer and user of Aplas to ensure clarity of the legal relationship.
